  1. I think players have more options than ever, especially with indie publishers coming out with rules all the time. Heck, I even got a wargame to play with my son in the future called Necromolds. You create little fighters out of Play-Doh. It's brilliant and hopefully will introduce a whole new generation to the genre!

  2. Yeah I started to play historic gaming when I was 17, and am now 37. And I have run into many, kids who are interested in historical gaming as well.
    The biggest hurdle is that, most stores do not carry historicals, so they don't even know its a thing.

  3. No doubt that's part of it.

    I have to wonder if there is a connection between recent pushes to convince young western boys that there is nothing in their heritage worth celebrating, and the decline of interest in miniature wargaming.
